The Hampton Preserve is a 300-acre master planned community featuring a grand entrance boulevard, centralized amenities, a large multi-use field, neighborhood parks and a greenway system with over a mile and a half of walking trails.

The Hampton Preserve is located in the eastern part of Floyd County just off Hwy 411. The master plan, created by BHM Design of Ashville, North Carolina, creates a balance between both the constructed and the natural environment. The neighborhood is designed so that no homes will be located on the boulevard, instead, all homes will be located on streets that feed off the boulevard. This is just one of the many features that makes the Hampton Preserve one of the most desirable and unique communities in the Northwest Georgia area.

Phase one of The Hampton Preserve consist of 98 acres of land with 69 single family homes sites ranging in size from 0.69 acres to 1.66 acres. Home plans will be carefully reviewed for architectural conformity and lot placement. There is a mandatory Home Owners Association for the purpose of up keep and landscape maintenance of the common areas.
